AS OF TODAY, this column has a new project to announce. It will henceforward be known as New Notes from the Underground as a mark of its determination to move forward into the future. This moving-forward-into-the-futureness will include a new vision we can all move forward into the future towards. This vision will be: (1) Visionary; (2) Future-
oriented; and (3) A vision that envisages a visionary-oriented future.
