The country. Beaches are all very well if there are lots of rock pools but they don’t have trees, do they...?

A day in the country or a day in the office?

I can’t remember the last time I spent a full day in the office – nor do I want to. The Today programme is off the air at 9.00am and I’m out of the office before the pips have faded.
