CLIMATE CHANGE IS at the top of my agenda and, given both the ever more disturbing scientific evidence and the lamentable absence of a coherent international response, it’s likely to stay that way. Conservative Party Leader David Cameron has said that tackling climate change “is not just about ticking off a few boxes – it is about changing our political system and changing our lifestyles”.
