“My work is about indicating the root of what is there,” Genie tells me in her garden sanctuary near Swiss Cottage, where she has lived for many years, and where she started The Lotus Foundation as a small healing arts centre. She has her own external studio, as well as a gallery at the front of the house, and there are numerous sculptures in the garden.
