This year sees the 40th anniversary since publication of The Miracle of Mindfulness, by Zen master, spiritual leader and peace activist Thich Nhat Hanh, writes Teri West. The book, a “manual on meditation”, has never been out of print, and Rider Books will be issuing an anniversary edition to celebrate in September.
