Nature is not outside our bodies. Nature flows through everything and everyone. We don’t need to become Nature. We are Nature. To become one with Nature means to become one with oneself. To look from oneself at Nature is to look from a selfless centre. However, to look outside at the world and see the world as fundamentally different is an illusion. We look out to look in. Not to find oneself but to try and break down the wall between inside and outside – to become one. The one of inner self flowing into outer self.
