SEASIDE TOWN BARKS UP THE RIGHT TREE

Sidmouth, a seaside town in Devon, is known for its Folk Festival, Science Festival and Walking Festival. Oh, and the fatberg. Less well known is the civic arboretum and its Tree Trails, guided walks, events and planting programme. Operating throughout the Sid Valley, we work with the council to plant trees on public land, and label them with links to our website. Our widely distributed Tree Trail leaflets are free, as are the events of Tree Week, which this year runs from 20 to 25 May. Trees in towns help reduce air pollution and soften ...
