Oxfam's Second Hand September gaining support.

Oxfam’s regular campaign encouraging people to avoid buying new clothes takes place again this year. Second Hand September urges people to pledge to buy only second-hand clothes for 30 days or more, tagging their efforts on social media using the hashtag #SecondHandSeptember.
