Artist and environmental activist Jenny Kendler works to encourage empathy and care for the natural world. ‘Birds Watching III’ features the eyes of one hundred bird species that are threatened by the climate crisis, reminding us that when we look at Nature, Nature looks back. To mimic the glowing quality of a bird’s retina, Kendler printed the images on a reflective material used for traffic signs.
