The harvest moon signals a time of thanks to Mother Nature and for our own efforts with the soil earlier in the year. As autumn mists draw in, our harvest celebrations breathe life into the end of the growing season and allow time to reflect on our year thus far. The challenges, the successes, the cyclic nature with which the growing wheel turns, and the changes we see year after year in our environment affecting our seasonality.
