We distribute to all UK trade customers by post and handle all distribution in house. We regret we are unable to distribute to retailers outside the UK due to prohibitive postage costs.

Terms and Conditions

We supply Resurgence & Ecologist magazine on a sale or return basis, with a 25% discount on the cover price of £6.95. Discounts can be higher if orders are large enough. All orders are packed carefully and sent to you by post.

Payment for magazines should be made for an issue as soon as the following issue is received. E.g. if we have just sent you the March/April issue you need return the unsold copies of the January/February issue to us for a credit note (you do not need to return whole copies to us, just the masthead - the top part of the cover with the title and date of issue on). We will return the credit note to you and then you need to take the credit note off the total owed for the issue you have returned and send your payment in to us. If all copies have been sold, then please just return your payment, with the invoice number that your payment applies to.

We do not accept returned mastheads that are older than 6 months, so please try and keep your account up to date or you may lose credit.

Minimum order is 3 copies.

We try to encourage as little waste as possible so we would be grateful if you can order only as many copies as you think will sell. If you need more copies, just email or ring us and more copies will be sent immediately. We will monitor your account and suggest you order more or fewer if we feel this would improve your account.
