Little Hen Rescue has been giving ex-battery hens a new start in life since July 2008.

Sadly, some of the hens we take have less than a desirable amount of feathers when they come in to us. This can be due to stress, feather plucking or induced moulting. Some are very bald indeed. We needed a solution.
