What happens when we finally find our voices and start to speak out? When we know for sure what it is we want and need to say?
What do we want to encourage and support? What needs dismantling right now so that we can move forward into a more equitable and just world for all who share the planet?
For many people, finding their voice is not easy and might be a lifelong task. And many, especially women, have been programmed from infancy to stay quiet, invisible even, so it can require great courage to step into their full power, and great boldness to use the voice they have been given.
